Delivery T&Cs

We cannot give an exact time for delivery, it will be at any time between the given slot. Please make sure someone is home to accept your delivery OR you have given us a ‘safe place’ to leave it (NOT AVAILABLE WITH CHILLED OR FROZEN GOODS). 

If you are ordering for someone else, please let them know to expect a delivery and the given time slot. Unfortunately we do not deliver to hospitals or care homes currently.

Failed Deliveries

In the event that nobody is home and a ‘safe place’ is not possible, the driver will call the number given on order. We can leave with a neighbour at your request (if home). Failing this, your order will go back to the bakery for collection at your convenience and a ‘You Weren’t Home’ card will be popped through your door. Let us know either by email or phone how you want to proceed.

If you are unable to collect and wish to request a refund you must notify us by 12pm the following day. If you do not not contact us by this time, some food items may not be refundable due to short shelf life/unable to be resold. 

We hate food waste at SSB HQ so please try to be home to accept booked deliveries. Thank you 🙂
