Our Ridgeway bakery is our original location and where the journey all began! We bake off pasties and other savoury items throughout the day here in our first floor kitchen so they are always as fresh as they can be. Of course, we are fully stocked with a large range of cakes, we make a huge variety of sandwiches, baguettes, salads & toasties to order and the coffee machine is always on for that much needed flat white!
The bakery is open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday. We have 2 small tables inside and a few outside if you want to rest your feet while you eat. There are also lots of public benches & green spaces nearby and we are very close to the historic ‘Plympton Castle’ in St Maurice.
Additionally, we do offer a home delivery service if you can’t get to us as often as you’d like- please see the ‘shop’ section.
We are best known for our homemade pasties! Produced from scratch using the same family recipe for over 16 years, we offer a range of sizes from cocktail to extra-large. Available with a choice of filling from: traditional steak, chicken curry or cheese and bacon to name a few. Not forgetting our vegan pasties which include chickpea curry or vegetable.
Our freshly stocked salad bar offers a wide range of options to help fill our sandwiches, rolls, wraps, toasties and baguettes. Our salad boxes are a firm favourite for our regular lunchtime customers. Some of our most popular combos include coronation chicken, halloumi & chilli jam and ham, brie & cranberry. We use freshly baked bread and baps every day to make your lunchtime creations. Lots of vegan options and alternatives are also available.
We’ve got the bakery classics like Belgian buns, doughnuts, pink fingers, cream splits, muffins and gingerbreads to name a few. Not forgetting our range of popular tray bakes which include Granny’s bread pudding, zesty lemon crumble cake, buttery flapjack slices and our award-winning apple cake! If none of those take your fancy you could try one of our delicious brownies, rocky roads or tiffins with different varieties every week!
We are a second-generation bakery based in Plymouth, Devon. Established in 2006, we’ve been serving our community with fresh and tasty products for over 18 years!
